Parish Notes

About Parish Notes

Parish Notes is a quiet, private companion for pastoral care. It helps a pastor remember the people in their care: the conversations after a Sunday service, the prayer requests shared in a hallway, the births, weddings, illnesses and losses that shape a congregation's life.

After an encounter, a pastor can simply speak or type a short notice. Parish Notes organizes it into a gentle record: a note about the person, any prayer concerns, and important life events. Nothing is saved until the pastor reviews and confirms it.

Each day the app offers a short Today page with people to hold in prayer, moments worth celebrating, and anniversaries that may need a kind word. A prayer rotation makes sure no one in the wider parish is forgotten over time.

Parish Notes is built for pastors, priests and clergy, especially those serving a congregation on their own, who want to care faithfully for many people without relying on memory alone. Each pastor's records are private to their own account.

Parish Notes is built by a small, independent team who care about the life of local churches and the people who serve them.
